Large invertebrates fluorescence
Large animals are hard to observe through a microscope, however when it's possible they can be interesting-looking. This huge larva could be covered with almost 100 pictures (4 z-stack combined like a panorama), it's glowing with green color, wish it was possible to see something inside.
The initial picture is 70 megapixel (10000 x 7000 px) which is a hell of a lot.

This mite was not large, but still considering the average size of my object it was a giant
Among large animals I have a hydra, the first water flea in this post was sort of large, but this cyclops below could barely fit into 3 filed of views
It was moving a lot so it was impossible to make a proper stack
